Country codes are necessary to dial a telephone number or mobile number to another country or region. Country code should be dialed first before the national telephone or mobile number. A plus sign (+) before the ISD Code defines that the local international call prefix must be dialed first. 011 is the international calling code prefix for North American countries, while 00 is used for most of the European, Asian and African countries. But for the mobile network, the international call prefix may be auto-dialed, when the subscriber dialed a number with the plus(+) sign as the prefix.
