- The anti-shock aviation-level ABS synthetic resin LG-DOW 121H is imported from South Korea, with a thick thickness of 1mm, which is flame retardant, high-heat resistant, and V-0 fireproof, with a Rockwell hardness up to 109 R, and bending strength up to 26000kg/cm2.
- The #HT20 can log the ambient temperature and relative humidity (RH) of an environment for days, weeks or months. Included PC software can also calculate and log dew point and wet bulb temperatures, and absolute humidity levels in units of grains per pound (GPP) or g/kg.
I do not think the group policy team ever claimed to have added support for using a Type 4 driver with a local TCP/IP Printer since this printer deployment method requires a print driver from the server which by design, does not occur with Type4 drivers. The article you found, though dated, was relevant when Server 2008 and R2 Remote desktop servers play the role of print client systems for connections.
Connections to printers setup with Type 4 driver result in only a PPD or GDP and some configuration data copied to the client system. The spooler team was tired of providing a software distribution center for print vendors with cumbersome and bloaty driver packages. The connection data on the client is here in the registry for those reading along. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionPrintV4 Connections
This rather confused the group policy team that maintained this feature when we removed Type 3 drivers from Windows 8.
That would be the 0x705 error
C:>winerror 0x705
1797 ERROR_UNKNOWN_PRINTER_DRIVER
I'm not sure with regard to could not complete error. Was this when using a Type 3 driver? Check the C:windowsinfsetupapi.dev.log if the failure occurs when adding the Type 3 driver.
C:>winerror 0x3eb
1003 ERROR_CAN_NOT_COMPLETE
If you need to find a Type 3 driver that will work with your printer, your best bet shopping for low overhead drivers is on Windows Update. In Print Management Console right click the Drivers node and run the Add Driver Wizard. Click the Windows Update button when you hit the Manufacturer / Model page and wait a couple minutes.

Find something close which supports the PDL you have on your printer. It might take a couple tries but the drivers on Windows update can't contain a bunch of bloatware. This is just used for printing, correct? No network scanning required, right?

I'm really glad the group policy team figured out how to add support for IPv6 when creating a local printer using a Standard TCP/IP Port.
